The challenge: We have been appointed by Landsec to provide utility strategy development services and have been working on the Finchley Road project since 2020, working to deliver a new mixed-use urban neighbourhood spanning 14-acres of currently underutilised space in Zone 2 London. The challenge was securing the necessary electrical capacity to enable the development, and developing a complex utility routing into the site due to the existing constraints on the site. Construction of the utilities routing is currently underway and due to be completed in early 2025.
